Copenhagen Colors
The European spring has sprung and for many people, that means it is time to go painting. Coincidentally, many of the writers in and around Europe came to the same conclusion as cities started to fill with color and complexity as the sun nurtured the writers out of hibernation. At this same time, we were lucky to receive a Copenhagen Color update by Danish graffiti style master, PHEO. He must have been feeling the same spring allure, but acted on it a little earlier than most.
The sun nurtured the writers out of hibernation
In a fresh batch of new style and Montana BLACK flavored pieces, Pheo proves that he hasn’t been sleeping in 2022. The term “he’s still got it” doesn’t apply in this case. “He never lost it”, is probably more fitting! Plenty of burners that are richly filled with arrows, curves, highlights, drips, bubbles, and all that contemporary graffiti style writing goodness he is famous for.

There is not much this guy hasn’t done, and if it worked, he has probably done it a lot. His unique ability to merge classic graffiti with the new, abstract with readable, and all with that Copenhagen color flair that the city has blessed many of its kings with. It’s hard to get enough of it. But at least we have some fresh material to get us through to the tenth Pheo Wall Update.
