POW! WOW! DC (Washington, D.C) returned to the NoMA Business Improvement District (NoMa BID) district this year for it’s second time running. Bringing with a powerful punch of color and art to the district that houses both commercial and private tennants. It is believed that over 100,000 people are out and about in the districts commercial core on a daily basis. If you can’t get there to see it for yourself then strap yourself into your chair and take in the many colorful moods of POW WOW DC 2017 here!

International Art Festival POW! WOW!

The event ran earlier this year when a series of large and small scale murals were created. The list of participating artists was long and strong including CHELOVE (D.C.), JD Deardourff (D.C.), Jordann Wine (D.C.), Julia Chon (D.C.), Key Han (D.C.), Martin Swift (D.C.), Mas Paz (D.C.), Matt Corrado (D.C.), Kaplan (Hawaii), Madsteez (Los Angeles), STASH (Brooklyn), TRAV (Los Angeles), It’s a Living (Mexico), Muro (Spain) and Qbic (Russia).
